I discovered Yoga whilst training to be a Professional dancer in London. At first, Yoga was another way to stay strong and supple in order to aid my dance career, and although this is true, it quickly became much more than a fitness regime. Using breath and body in unison to create a sense of wholeness within myself and the positive impact it had on my wellbeing was profound. I realised the relevance of this in modern day life and the beneficial effect this could have on people of all ages. I am passionate about equipping both adults & young people with the tools to ease the ever-growing stresses in work, school and beyond.
I completed my 250-hour Yoga Alliance Professional Teacher Training+ with the Contemporary School of Yoga in October 2019.
Yoga is ever-changing and no two days on the mat are the same. I hope that my easy-going style of teaching will enable you to connect with your mind and body, so that you are able to achieve a practice that is personal to you. I incorporate my love of dance within my sessions, creating a flow, which I hope you will find both therapeutic and beneficial to your overall wellbeing.
I hope to see you on the mat soon 🙂
